Days of Affirmation
I want to go on a journey with you. It has to do with love. There’s this very popular book out there called The 5 Love Languages that originated out of marriage and family life counseling by Gary Chapman. One of the languages is “words of affirmation” and I believe that it is something that can help with self-care in people like myself. In my personal life, I believe that there is an aspect of each of the five love languages that I desire and need. Thus, I believe that everyone has that need as well.
